A veces, los niños/as y adolescentes no tienen las palabras necesarias para decir: «me siento solo», «tengo miedo» o «estoy confundido». En su lugar, a veces, aparecen las rabietas, el aislamiento, los cambios de humor, las dificultades en el cole o los problemas para dormir, entre otros.
La psicología infantil y adolescente en estas etapas no consiste sólo en «solucionar un problema», sino en traducir lo que su comportamiento está intentando decirnos. Es un espacio seguro donde les ayudamos a entender sus emociones y les damos herramientas prácticas para que puedan crecer con seguridad y calma.
¿Cómo trabajamos en nuestro centro de psicología?
Nuestro enfoque es práctico y cercano, adaptándonos a la edad y a las necesidades de cada uno:
- Con los más pequeños (Infantil): trabajamos la gestión de las emociones, los miedos y las pautas de conducta sin que el niño se sienta «examinado», lo haremos a través del juego, de la escucha, del uso de herramientas prácticas adaptadas a su edad, con tareas en sesión y para casa.
- Con los adolescentes: Aquí la clave es la confianza y la identidad. Creamos un lugar donde pueden expresarse sin filtros, trabajando la autoestima, la presión social, el uso de pantallas y la gestión de la ansiedad, siempre respetando su intimidad, pero sin perder de vista el bienestar familiar.
- Con vosotros (padres y madres): Sois la pieza fundamental. No os damos «recetas mágicas», sino pautas reales y herramientas prácticas que podáis aplicar en casa.
¿Cómo son las sesiones?
¿Cuándo es el momento de pedir ayuda a un profesional de la psicología infantil?
No hace falta que haya un momento de crisis para consultar. La psicología es una herramienta preventiva fantástica cuando notas que:
- Un cambio en su comportamiento que genera malestar y persiste en el tiempo.
- La intensidad de sus emociones le impiden disfrutar de su día a día.
- Como padres, sentís que habéis agotado vuestros recursos y necesitáis una mirada externa y profesional.
¿Por qué elegir este espacio?
Porque entendemos que cada niño/a tiene su ritmo y cada familia sus circunstancias. Nuestro objetivo es que, al salir de la sesión, tanto vuestro hijo/a como vosotros sintáis que tenéis un plan de acción enfocado a mejorar el bienestar familiar.

Where does it come from?
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of «de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum» (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, «Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..», comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
